Open to both Boys and Girls, this program is designed for first-time participants who wish to learn the sport of Wrestling in a fun, challenging environment. This would also be the logical next step for most of our Little Panther Program graduates. Participants will learn fundamental wrestling techniques and rules while improving their physical fitness and self-confidence. All this will be done while having a great time! Athletes will take part in age-appropriate exercises to build strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility. Wrestlers will have the opportunity to compete against other USC Rec wrestlers in low-pressure intrasquad events.
